At TRIPLE2, we create cycling gear designed to last - built for your ride, made to explore. Whether it’s gravel adventures or bikepacking journeys, our gear is crafted for those who seek the road less traveled. We started with an idea. We want to do the first brand creating sustainable cycling gear, 100% made in europe. Back in 2010 we started a wild journey. With all the highs and lows you can imagine. Follow us on a short trip back in time.
1996 - Passion
Hanging around at Lake Garda, Italy. The place to be those days - as long as you are into mountainbike and surfing. We chose our Mountainbikes most of the days and spend the summer at the lake, exploring all the peaks around us.
2007 - BIKE
since 2003 I have been an editor at the BIKE Magazin. The biggest one in Europe and the one with a clear focus on testing everything from complete bikes to bib shorts. I learned a lot about cycling clothes rapidly fast. And discovered that nobody though about sustainable cycling wear those days.
2010 - Start
I founded TRIPLE2 in 2010. Invented the first Cycling Shorts made out of Recycled Polyester and Hemp Fibres. I attended the ISPO Brand New Award and won right away with our first ever kit. The start of an incredible journey.
2010-2015 - Developing
We put a lot of afford in developing our first full collection. And kept on going for more than a decade. And we still do... Never be satisfied, always improve.
2010-2016 - Awards
Turns out, that all this afford in constant developing is actually leading in some kind of reward. TRIPLE2 won 6 Awards for innovative, sustainable products in a row. (2x ISPO, 1x Outdoor, 3x Eurobike). That kept us going to all the ups and downs in this business
2012-2025 - Shootings
We had countless foto shootings. Its almost like Christmas, when you hold the final sample in hand and see it in action in front of a camera. Getting nice people and friends together, scouting beautiful locations and have some intense days in the nature is one of the best times in the year.
2010-2025 - Coffee
Guess what - we had some coffee in all these years. Tons of it I assume. This black soul awakener still keeps us going! And it will keep you going as well. Just join us on one of our community rides, events or await us as a surprise on your next check point.
2010-2025 - People
Throughout this journey we’ve crossed paths with countless kind people: on rides, at fairs, on photo shoots, and while travelling through dozens of countries. And one in a while we meet you — often when you ring our support bell. You are the reason we keep going.
